RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • No returns or exchanges on hand- printed and made to order items. All sales are final!

  • Returns: All items must be returned to MODICASSO. within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.

  • Hand-printed and made to order items are non-returnable.

  • Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

  • No exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS OUR LIABILITY.
